Julie Savanth didn’t set out to write fiction. She set out to understand things - numbers, systems, people. She became a Chartered Accountant (eye roll), then a student of predictive analytics (even more eye rolling), then a builder of businesses. All very sensible…(yawn).

But somewhere along the way, the patterns stopped behaving. Or perhaps they started revealing too much. Now she writes stories instead, ones that ask inconvenient questions, blur the edges of reality, and aren’t overly concerned with giving neat answers.

Her debut novel, ASK HIM is the first in The Sandbox Trilogy, where timelines shift, grief lingers, and certainty is… negotiable. Born in the North of England and now writing from the Oxfordshire countryside, Julie remains quietly suspicious of anything that appears too straightforward.
